Readers’ champion Jessica Gorst-Williams to retire: send us your stories

Three years later, she freed a reader from £114,000 of historic debt. She tells you herself about her biggest wins of last year.

Jessica is a master of her trade, loved by readers and respected by the industry. She is nonpareil – it is well known on Fleet Street, for example, that Jessica insists on speaking to the financial institutions that she holds to account via fax machine.

Her results are life-changing and she will be sorely missed. Jessica’s departure will mark the end of an era for Telegraph Money, its readers and the telecopier industry.

I’d like to hear how Jessica has helped you over the past 21 years, either directly, through her columns and tips in these pages, or by inspiring you to take up the mantle and fight back yourself against those financial institutions that seek to rob you of your money.

Please send your war stories, well-wishes and notes of gratitude for Jessica to me via email at lauren.davidson@telegraph.co.uk, by snail mail at Telegraph Money, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT, or by commenting below. Sadly, my fax machine will shortly be laid off.

We are busy recruiting for a new readers’ champion, so please do keep writing in. And our team of expert reporters are rested and ready for the year ahead and all it brings.
